Full Time | Registered Nurse | Young
Our Young facility is seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to work across Morning and Afternoon shifts. Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation provided!
What You’ll Do:

Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents

Develop personal care plans to ensure residents’ individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans
-
Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed
-
Ensure all documentation required for quality care is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated, and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures
-
Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims
-
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with general AHPRA registration
-
Minimum 2-years' experience as an RN within an Aged Care Facility
-
Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
-
Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
-
Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers

Availability to work a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts

Understanding of ANACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
