Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacist to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to aged care homes. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with aged care including medication management for RACF's.

Qualifications: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in the provision of pharmaceutical services to aged care facilities is preferred
- Experience in dispensary management
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Motivated to be able to assist in any area of the pharmacy
