Dream Smiles Dental is seeking a talented General Dentist to work at our practice.As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for performing a range of general dental procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive oral examinations and developing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Performing a variety of general dental procedures
- Providing guidance and advice to patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques.
What we're looking for
- Registered Dental Practitioner with a valid AHPRA license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Dentist
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in a range of general dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Mentoring provided for complex procedures
Pay: $101,446.99 – $226,555.30 per year
