Experienced Beauty / Dermal Therapist — Join a Boutique, Nurse Led Cosmetic Clinic
Ella Rae Aesthetics is a boutique cosmetic clinic in Narellan/Smeaton Grange, Southwest Sydney. We're a small, close-knit team. We're looking for an experienced Beauty or Dermal Therapist to join us on a casual/part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role in a clinic where you'll be trusted to run treatments independently and be part of the client experience from booking to aftercare.
What you'll be doing
- Advanced skin treatments including skin needling, microdermabrasion, hydrofacials and LED light therapy
- Skin consultations and treatment planning, with homecare recommendations
- Brow and lash services
- Managing bookings, client records and general clinic administration
- Day-to-day clinic duties including cleaning, stock and maintaining a spotless treatment space
What we're looking for
- Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- Demonstrated experience delivering advanced skin treatments in a clinic setting
- Genuine passion for skin health and results-driven treatments
- Warm, professional manner with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated and happy working in a small team
- Comfortable with clinic software and general admin
What we offer
- Between $35-$45 per hour plus casual loading, in line with the Hair and Beauty Industry Award
