Mind to Muscle Remedial Massage is a growing allied health clinic based in Albion Park Rail, offering an integrated approach to health and rehabilitation. Our model combines physiotherapy, remedial massage, and strength & conditioning to deliver a truly holistic care pathway for our clients.
We have a special interest in and focus on chronic pain management and hypermobility conditions including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), working with a complex and underserved client population that benefits greatly from our multi-disciplinary approach.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team on a contractor basis.
About the Role
This is a contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You will work alongside remedial massage therapists and movement specialists to provide clients with a complete, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation experience.
Your role will focus on:
- Client assessment, testing, and diagnosis
- Exercise prescription and rehabilitation planning
- Medicare GP Care Plan (EPC) consultations
- Workers compensation clients (SIRA approved candidates highly regarded)
- Collaborative care with remedial massage and strength & conditioning practitioners
Remuneration
- $75 per 30-minute session (60% of $125 service fee)
- $96 per 45-minute session (60% of $160 service fee)
- Estimated annual earnings: $72,000 – $130,000+ depending on hours worked
- Rate is based on client appointment time booked

Choice of shift to suit your lifestyle:
Morning: 7:30am – 1:15pm
Afternoon: 1:30pm – 7:15pm
- 5-hour shifts with up to 10 x 30-minute sessions or 6 x 45-minute sessions per shift
- Fully equipped treatment room with infection control supplies and Wi-Fi
- Wix booking system access and full admin support
- Promotion on the clinic website and booking platform
- Complimentary use of the Mind to Muscle Fitness gym floor and equipment outside class times

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Valid ABN
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (minimum $2M aggregate)
- Up-to-date First Aid Certificate
- Own physiotherapy tools and equipment
- Laptop or tablet compatible with clinic systems
- SIRA approval (or willingness to obtain) — highly regarded
