AAFCANS operate on Lone Pine Barracks . This role supports operations within the kitchen and customer service support.

About the role:
- Casual Role - Monday to Friday and Sunday, No Public Holidays
- Role is located on the Lone Pine Barracks
- Roughly 15-20 hours per week
- Shifts on Monday -Friday and occasional Sundays
- Shifts times between 6:30 am-7:00 pm, mainly afternoon/evening shifts
- Fast Paced Customer Service - coffee preparation and service.
- Medium to large food preparation and cooking of cafe food items for the venue
- Apart of a hard-working team
- Must have a car and Driver Licence to access the base
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Previous hospitality experience (Desired)
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to follow structured recipes and presentation standards.
- Knowledge of food handling & hygiene standards
- Coffee Preparation experience (Desirable)
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and work well in a team environment.
- You are self-motivated and can multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills
Given you will be accessing a Defence base, you will need to be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to access the base. You will be required to complete a National Police Check.
