WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Head of Supply Management & Integration to join our leadership team in Brisbane, reporting directly to the COO.
This is a critical enterprise leadership role, responsible for ensuring a reliable, efficient, and fully integrated supply system across Enaex Australia. Acting as the central integrator across Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, and Executive leadership, you will lead end-to-end supply coordination across planning, execution, logistics, and strategic sourcing support.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity, cost optimisation, and margin protection, while providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making at the highest level.
This role is suited to a proven leader who thrives in complex, high-risk, and regulated environments, and who can balance strategic thinking with execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply integration across logistics, distribution, imports, and operations
- Ensure continuity of supply and lead response to disruption and risk events
- Balance supply and demand to optimise service levels and operational efficiency
- Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and planning discipline
- Establish and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Provide strategic sourcing insights, including cost modelling and supply scenarios
- Identify and mitigate structural supply risks and dependencies
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, data-driven decisions
- Lead and develop the Supply Logistics team to deliver consistent outcomes
Ideally you will have;
- 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or strategic sourcing
- Proven leadership experience in complex industrial or regulated environments
- Strong background in supply optimisation, logistics, and planning disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Exceptional commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to make high-impact decisions under pressure
- A structured, disciplined approach with high accountability and ownership
