You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering solution architecture, information and data design services that improve business information access, governance compliance and data-driven decision making across Transport for NSW projects. This role will see you translating strategic technology direction into practical architecture solutions, supporting and maintaining architecture models, standards and governance frameworks, and guiding delivery teams through clear solution design documentation. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to simplify technical complexity, evaluate architecture options, and ensure data and information models are effectively developed, maintained and reused across programs. You will also promote the use of governance tools and contribute to architecture assurance across the project lifecycle.

About you
You are a seasoned SAP professional with significant experience delivering SAP implementations, specifically focusing on at least two of the following core domains while maintaining a solid working knowledge of the others: EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), SCM (Supply Chain Management), or FTM (Finance to Manage). Your technical toolkit includes deep S/4HANA expertise, particularly across EAM functions like master data, notifications, and work orders, or P2P processes such as procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification. Furthermore, you possess a strong understanding of integration touchpoints across SAP FI, PS, and EPPM, which allows you to seamlessly bridge the gaps between various functional areas.
As a natural problem solver, you excel at analyzing complex, cross-domain business challenges and translating them into practical SAP solutions. You bring a structured approach to root-cause analysis, giving you the ability to isolate issues across multiple modules and accurately identify the correct domain of ownership. When faced with ambiguity, incomplete information, or competing priorities, you remain comfortable, adaptable, and structured in your delivery.
Collaboration is at the heart of how you work. You have a proven track record of building effective relationships with functional analysts, technical developers, Basis teams, and business process owners alike. Your communication skills shine through your confidence in facilitating workshops, leading requirements-gathering sessions, and driving cross-functional design discussions. Finally, you possess a true growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive curiosity for the ongoing evolution of S/4HANA and a genuine willingness to share knowledge and mentor colleagues across disciplines.
