We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. - Provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly to minimise downtime.
- Manage and maintain internal IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Proactively monitor servers, networks, and IT systems to detect anomalies.
- Oversee password management tools and enforce security policies.
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and deactivation.
- Manage external system access and subscription renewals.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and perform periodic audits.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company-specific applications and liaise with vendors.
- Deliver training on Office 365 and other internal systems; create user guides.
- Assist in ISO 27001 compliance, including risk assessments and internal audits.
- Oversee IT security measures, monitor vulnerabilities, and conduct awareness sessions.
Customer-Focused Duties
- Act as the primary contact for clients using systems such as CTMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Investigate and resolve client-reported technical and functional issues promptly.
- Conduct system health checks, apply updates, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop system documentation and provide client training on features and best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
- Assist with system configurations, customisations, and integrations during implementations.
- Conduct application testing and document outcomes before deployment.
- Ensure compliance with data security and generate actionable reports for clients.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting tools, and system monitoring.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and IT ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to develop documentation and deliver training sessions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and IT security principles.
- Experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
