Service Person (Casual)
Location — FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth, Western Australia.
Employment Type — Casual via Divergent Resource Services. Initial 6-month engagement, with strong potential to extend to 12 months or longer. Hourly rate $60-$70 plus super (commensurate with experience and qualifications). 12-hour day shifts.
Start - ASAP (subject to notice period).
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Person to join our client's site team for an initial 6-month period, with the view to extend to 12 months or longer for the right person. You will be responsible for the servicing, refuelling, and general upkeep of mobile plant and equipment, helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. Our client is a global gold mining company operating numerous gold mines in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Key responsibilities
● Service, refuel, and grease mobile plant, ancillary equipment and other vehicles across site in line with maintenance schedules.
● Operate a Moxy Service Truck (articulated truck) as required to support servicing runs and site logistics.
● Conduct pre-start and routine inspections, reporting faults and defects promptly.
● Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and documentation.
● Support housekeeping, spill management, and general yard/workshop upkeep.
● Work safely and collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and other site personnel.
About you (essential)
● Demonstrated experience working as a Service Person within mining, heavy industry, or a similar environment.
● Mechanical aptitude.
● Proven experience operating a Moxy (articulated truck).
● Current RIIMPO337E — Conduct Articulated Haul Truck Operations ticket required.
● Current unrestricted HR driver's licence.
● Ability to obtain relevant site inductions and pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
● Strong safety focus and commitment to procedure and compliance.
● Capable of 12-hour shifts in an outdoor mine site environment.
● Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
