Luxury Guest Experience & Housekeeping Contractor
Melissa Mitchell Property is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional contractor to join our boutique team.
Our newest luxury property is launching soon, along with several other premium holiday homes. We’re searching for someone who takes genuine pride in presenting every property to an immaculate, five-star standard.
This role is about so much more than cleaning.
You’ll help create the experience our guests remember from the moment they walk through the door.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for preparing our holiday homes between guest stays, ensuring every property is beautifully presented and guest-ready.
Duties include:
* Complete detailed changeover cleans to a consistently high standard.
* Present beds
* Style cushions, throws and décor.
* Restock guest amenities and consumables.
* Prepare welcome touches, including chilling and presenting complimentary bubbly where required.
* Check that appliances, remotes, lighting and air conditioning are working correctly.
* Report maintenance issues promptly.
* Notify us of any damaged or missing items.
* Complete a checklist after every turnover.
* Assist with occasional deep cleans and seasonal presentation updates.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has exceptional attention to detail.
* Loves creating beautiful spaces.
* Takes pride in their work and notices the little things.
* Is reliable, organised and trustworthy.
* Communicates well and responds promptly.
* Can work independently and manage their time.
* Is flexible, including occasional weekend or same-day turnovers during busy periods.
* Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an ABN
Previous experience in housekeeping, luxury accommodation, hospitality or property styling is highly regarded, but attitude and pride in your work are even more important.
