Dermal Therapist — New Doctor-Led Clinic, Gold Coast
The Opportunity
A new clinic is opening on the Gold Coast under an established, doctor led group with a strong track record of results. The technology is comprehensive, and the clinical standards are set from the top.
A full time doctor is on the floor day to day, the founding doctor is involved on site on a regular basis, and the clinic manager overseeing standards is embedded in the business.
The Package
Base salary of $80,000 a year, along with a performance based bonus on top of that. You come on as a full employee, with the security and benefits that go with it.
There's a genuine equity opportunity too. Twenty four months in, once performance milestones are met, you become eligible for in house shares, so the upside is real rather than promised in theory.
On the clinical side, the clinic runs a full device suite, including FaceTite, Morpheus8, Emface, CO2 and Genesis lasers, Lumecca, IPL, LED, microneedling and HydraFacial, so patients have access to the full spectrum of treatment options under one roof. You'll be trained directly by the doctors on the team on the machines within your scope, building that skill set over time as you grow with the clinic. The plan is to keep expanding the suite as new technology earns its place, so there'll always be more for you to learn and add to what you offer.
You'll be working day to day with doctors, nurses and support staff, all pointed at the same patient outcomes. You'll get guidance from the lead doctor, coaching on how you run consultations and present to patients, and real depth on how treatments combine well together. All of this happens while you're building a name for yourself in a brand new local market, backed by a founding doctor who's genuinely present for treatment planning and results, and a clinic manager who puts serious time in with you to get systems and the patient experience consistently high.
What We Need From You
Solid, hands on experience across energy based devices such as laser, RF and IPL, plus skin needling, peels and advanced facial treatments. A laser use licence is preferred.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone still on the way up. Driven, capable, and keen to build something worth building. Patients should trust you quickly. You should be well regarded as a person, the kind of presence that lifts everyone around you. And this needs to be a genuine long term career move for you, with a real appetite to become expert across the full range of what we offer.
