We are looking for a reliable and organised office Administrator to joins our team.
Responsibilties:
* Answer Customer phone calls
* Speak with customer professionally .
* Book new jobs and appointments
* Prepare quotation and invoices.
* Respond to emails
* Maintain customer records
* General office administration duties
Requirements
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer skills( Microsoft office and email)
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently
* Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential
JOB TYPE P: Full time ( Monday to Friday)
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
