What does the job look like?
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our C&HG team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business, leading end-to-end tender and bid processes, and building strong relationships with strategic growth customers. You’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless submissions and drive the growth strategy aligned with our “Drive to 30 Strategy.” Key responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Safety, Commercial, and Senior Leadership Teams) to devise and execute growth strategies.
Develop, maintain, and enhance presentation content for submission responses, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Manage and maintain a robust business development pipeline.
