Concise Digital | Sydney-based, flexible / remote role
Concise Digital is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our agency and bring new opportunities through the door.
We’re a digital marketing and web development agency working with businesses across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ecommerce, websites, reporting and digital strategy. We’re looking for someone confident, commercially minded and relationship-driven who can identify opportunities, start conversations and help convert the right-fit clients.
About the role
This role is suited to someone who knows how to build a pipeline, manage sales conversations and work with a team to turn leads into long-term client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for finding and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, attending meetings, preparing proposals and helping position Concise Digital as a trusted digital partner.
This is a flexible role based in Sydney, with remote working options available.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Attend discovery calls and client meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions
- Work with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotes
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and referral partners
- Represent Concise Digital in a professional, down-to-earth way
- Bring ideas to the table around growth, partnerships and sales processes
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development or account growth
- Experience in digital, marketing, technology or SaaS is highly regarded
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable working with a remote or flexible team
