Oversee daily café and bakery operations
Lead, train, and motivate a small team
Manage rosters, stock, ordering, and suppliers
Maintain high standards of customer service and food presentation
Drive sales, efficiency, and a positive team culture
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards
Previous experience in hospitality management (café or bakery preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Solid understanding of coffee service and café workflow
Reliable, organised, and proactive
