We are currently seeking a Sushi Roll Makers to work with a chef and our store team in Melbourne CBD.
What you will need:
- Great communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- At least 1 year Japanese Sushi Roll Making, Nigiri experience in the Sushi T/A shop or restaurant.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian working rights or appropriate visa.

- Making Nigiri, Sushi Rolls and Sashimi
- Cutting fishes

About the Benefits
- Hourly wage:
- Weekdays: $33.38 + Super
- Hourly wage:
Weekday : $33.38/h + Super.
Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Expected hours:
20-38 hours per week, including weekends.
Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

Experience:
- Roll making at Sushi T/A shop or restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
