About the Role
As a Content Creative at Mars United Commerce, you will develop and execute content creation strategies for brand, retail and experiential campaigns. This role requires a blend of storytelling, design, writing, and strategic thinking to create compelling, brand-aligned content across digital platforms. You’ll ensure all outputs are impactful and in line with our client’s brand and tone. Skills will include creative ideation, photography, videography, motion graphics, basic animation and digital content targeted at FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement content strategies that are in sync with client briefs and objectives.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and account teams to refine proposals and pitches.

Ensure content execution meets strategic and creative benchmarks.

Deliver on-brand, high-quality content timely and according to brief specifications.
Content Production & Management

Organize, video shoots, and animation projects.

Create graphics, motion content, 3D renders, and storyboards.

Partner effectively with internal teams and external collaborators to uphold high standards.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance

Review deliverables to verify brand consistency, technical accuracy, and creative excellence.

Contribute to agency marketing initiatives, including case studies and thought leadership material.
Skills Advancement & Innovation

Stay updated on emerging creative technologies, AI, and advanced editing tools.

Develop training materials and mentor team members to enhance their creative capabilities.
Skills Required:

Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere.

Proficient in content production, including photography, video, motion graphics, and animation.
