About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and caring NDIS Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting participants in their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support (personal care, household tasks, meal preparation)
- Assist participants with community access and social activities
- Support participants in achieving their NDIS goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families

Requirements:
- Experience in disability support or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
