About the Role
As a DANS Care Worker, you’ll support clients to live their best lives—at home and in the community.
Your day might include:
- Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and daily routines
- Providing transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing at every step

What We’re Looking For
✔ Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (preferred)
✔ Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
✔ Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
✔ Current Police Check (we reimburse if required)
✔ Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR
✔ Most importantly: A kind, reliable, and compassionate nature
