We’re looking for a highly skilled, passionate and professional Skin / Dermal Therapist to join our boutique clinic and growing team.
We’re a boutique clinic with a personalised approach, where clients know they are genuinely cared for and where every member of the team plays an important role in the overall client experience.
We’re looking for someone who is, quite simply, passionate about skin, someone who loves understanding why a client is experiencing a particular concern, creating a personalised treatment plan and guiding them through a journey to achieve their skin goals.
This role is about so much more than performing treatments. We want someone who can consult, educate, prescribe, treat and build genuine long-term relationships with clients.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed skin consultations and analysis
- Creating personalised, results-driven treatment plans based on each client's concerns, goals and priorities
- Guiding clients through their treatment journey and educating them along the way
- Recommending professional treatments and appropriate homecare
- Confidently prescribing skincare routines and post-treatment aftercare
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as their skin evolves
- Building strong, genuine and long-term relationships with clients
- Delivering exceptional client care at every touchpoint
- Maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Is fluent in skin and genuinely loves what they do.

Experience
Experience with Medik8 and/or Dermapen will be highly regarded.
Experience in advanced skin treatments, skin needling, peels, pigmentation, acne, ageing concerns, compromised skin and other corrective skin treatments will also be advantageous.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong foundational skin knowledge, excellent consultation skills and a genuine desire to achieve results for their clients.

This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to progress into full-time as your client base and the clinic continue to grow.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
