As our service continues to grow, we are seeking a professional and reliable Contact Supervisor to join our team in a part-time role, with progression opportunities into full-time.

About the Role
This position involves supervising family contact sessions, maintaining professional boundaries, preparing detailed observation-based documentation, and supporting safe and neutral service delivery within sensitive family circumstances.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements
- Minimum Cert IV qualification (or currently studying towards)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Strong written communication and computer literacy skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising contact sessions safely and professionally
- Maintaining clear and neutral professional boundaries
- Observation-based note taking and report writing
- Supporting child-focused practice within a professional framework
- Working confidently within internal software and case management systems
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic records and documentation
