About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Support Worker to join our casual team in the Clyde North area. You will be supporting a client in their home with day shifts during business hours.
What You Will Be Doing
- Community access and transport to appointments
- Medication prompting in accordance with a signed medication order
- Monitoring and documenting observations of general wellbeing
- Companionship and social support within appropriate professional boundaries
- Liaising with the care team and reporting any changes in client presentation
What We Are Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher — essential
- Current Medication Administration Certificate — essential
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with health conditions
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and professional boundaries
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to follow a care plan and document accurately
- Calm, patient, and professional manner — particularly under pressure
- Reliable and punctual — our clients depend on consistency
- Language: We prefer someone who is Egyptian Arabic-Speaking
