We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on All-Rounder to join our busy Bus & Coach Operations Team in Yennora.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, practical and enjoys working with vehicles, while also wanting to develop their career in transport operations.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and play an important role in keeping our fleet, depot and daily operations running smoothly.
MUST HAVE
You must meet ALL of the following requirements:
Current MR Licence or higher
Mechanically minded with good vehicle knowledge
Confident working around buses, coaches or heavy vehicles
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work independently and use initiative
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Every day is different. Your role will include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager with daily operations
- Carrying out general fleet maintenance and inspections
- Checking tyres, fluids, lights and general vehicle condition
- Identifying and reporting mechanical issues
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
- Preparing buses for daily operations, events and bookings
- Moving buses around the depot when required
- Assisting with servicing and coordinating repairs
- General workshop and depot maintenance
- Keeping the fleet, workshop and yard clean and organised
- Assisting drivers and the operations team
- Jumping in and helping wherever needed
This is not a desk job. We need someone who is happy to get their hands dirty, solve problems and take ownership of their work.

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Bus or coach industry
- Truck or heavy vehicle industry
- Automotive or mechanical work
- Fleet maintenance
- Workshop environments
- Transport & logistics
- General maintenance or handyman work
Heavy vehicle or bus experience is highly desirable, but we are also interested in mechanically minded people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.
