Emergency Nurse – Full time Team Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of experienced emergency nurses in collaboration with other team leaders, Veterinary Director, and Practice Manager

Support a positive culture and have fun with your team

Maintain a high standard of patient and client care

Communicate effectively with your team

Rostered alongside your team leading by example

Engage in ongoing professional development
Our Ideal Candidate:
-
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. Preferably experienced in a leadership position (Practice Manager)

5 + years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role
-
Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anaesthesia monitoring)

Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster with time to plan for your team’s success
