Our print centre is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across customer service, design assistance, printing, finishing and production. Technical skills are important, but we believe attitude, character and a genuine commitment to people are what makes someone truly successful in this role.
What your day might look like:
Welcoming customers and helping them find the best solution for their printing needs.
Answering phone and email enquiries.
Preparing artwork and assisting with design using Adobe Creative Suite and other software.
Printing everything from resumes and business cards to flyers, booklets, posters, plans and promotional material and more.
Producing and assembling pull-up banners and display products.
Laminating, trimming, binding, folding and finishing small and large format print jobs.
Operating digital print and finishing equipment.
Checking jobs for quality and accuracy.
Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Supporting your teammates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience
Print industry experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous but not essential. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide training in our systems, equipment and processes.
