Kitchen Steward – Keep Our Kitchen Moving!
Marnong Estate is on the hunt for reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Stewards to join our busy team. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, making sure our kitchen stays clean, organised, and ready to go. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a fun, hardworking crew, this is the role for you.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to keep service running smoothly
- Keeping the kitchen areas clean and organised, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and setting up workstations
- Handling rubbish, recycling, and deliveries efficiently and safely
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Working from a schedule to clean and sanitise food storage areas (coolrooms/freezers)

- Someone who works well under pressure and can keep up in a busy kitchen

Pay: $23.14 – $33.05 per hour
