Booking Administration & Front of HouseTamar River Cruises
Tamar River Cruises is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Booking Administrator to join our office and front-of-house team.
This role involves processing bookings, managing future schedules, coordinating vessel crew, organising food requirements, and maintaining basic stock control. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service.
Position Details
- 3 to 5 days per week
- Weekend availability is essential
- Winter operating hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Summer operating hours: 8:30am – 6:30pm
- Flexibility to work seasonal hours is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer bookings and enquiries
- Manage cruise schedules and future reservations
- Coordinate vessel crew and daily operations
- Organise catering and food requirements
- Maintain and monitor stock levels
- Deliver professional front-of-house customer service
About You
The successful applicant will:

- Previous administration, hospitality, or tourism experience is highly regarded

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
