Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central coordination point for IT queries, supporting teams across EVT
- Manage shared IT communications and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate asset registers and system records
- Assist with rollout of new IT systems through feedback collection, logs and self-pilots
- Coordinate procurement of hardware, software and mobile devices
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and update internal product and service catalogues
- Maintain software license registers
- Assist in preparing IT and Board reports
- Support budgeting processes through invoice coding and tracking, budget reconciliation
- Maintain key organisational data (locations, departments, assets)
- Supporting compliance activity completion including access reviews, disaster recovery testing and other auditable outcomes
- Coordinate meetings, calendars and travel for the IT leadership team
- Support office and operational needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Assist with sustainability initiatives such as IT equipment recycling
- Organise travel arrangements, coordinate team events
What You’ll Bring

- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
- Experience working in a corporate or structured environment
