About Rally
Rally is an allied health team focused on Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology for NDIS participants. Our OTs and Speech Pathologists work as one connected team, sharing notes on our own custom platform instead of working in silos, and deliver care however suits them and the participant — remotely or in person. We're up and running and expanding across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
The service is live and the participant base is growing. Come in early and help shape how we deliver.
The role
You'll hold a caseload spanning all ages, supporting participants with communication goals alongside their families, by telehealth or in person.
What you'll do
- Assess and set communication goals with participants and families, by telehealth or in person
- Deliver communication-focused speech pathology — language, speech, AAC and social communication
- Write clear progress and outcome reports
- Coordinate with our OT team on shared records so care is joined up

You'll need
- A recognised speech pathology qualification
- Eligibility for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP or working toward) — new grads welcome
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete them)
- A Working With Children Check, national police check, professional indemnity insurance, and an ABN
- Comfortable delivering therapy by telehealth or in person
