About Your Role
- Lead your room’s high-quality, play-based learning program (EYLF/QKLG-aligned).
- Build strong, caring relationships with children and families.
- Mentor educators and create an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Learn and grow under the guidance of a passionate, experienced Director with 15 years in the sector.

About You:
- A collaborative and caring attitude and commitment to quality early learning
- Working Towards Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
- Experience leading a room and developing engaging, play-based programs
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and current early childhood practices
- Ability to guide children’s behaviour with care and empathy
- Confident with compliance, documentation, and quality standards
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members
- Competent computer skills (including Microsoft Office and relevant childcare software)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
