Position: Barista
Location: Essendon
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a barista role
Requirements:
- Proficient in operating espresso machines and coffee equipment independently
- Understands how to adjust grinder for dosing and taste of coffee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle busy periods (300+ coffees per day)
