We are seeking an organized and proactive administrator to join IMP home and renovation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys coordinating projects and supporting trades, suppliers and clients throughout the renovation project.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing renovation schedules and project timelines.
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparing quotes, invoices and project documentation
- Liaising with clients and providing regular project updates.
- Ordering materials and tracking deliveries.
- Maintaining job files and company records.
- Assisting with permits, compliance, and project administration.
- General office duties
About you:
- 1 year experience in construction/renovation admin essential.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
