Sir Sanger is seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members to join our team at Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise QLD.
Sir Sanger is a sister company of The Healthlink Crew, operating under the same management. This position is specifically for the Sir Sanger team.
Sir Sanger is a premium deli-style sandwich and grab-and-go venue offering a premium sandwich menu, specialty coffee, smoothies and iced matcha.
We’re looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, provide great customer service and are willing to support the team across all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Prepare food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain clean and organised food preparation and service areas
- Complete general cleaning and dishwashing duties
- Restock food, packaging and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the team during busy service periods
Our ideal Sir Sanger team member must be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible with availability
- Positive and willing to learn
- Confident engaging with customers
- Have good communication skills
- Be a team player
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable working on their feet
- Previous fast food or food service experience is helpful but not essential
- Be available for a minimum of 3–4 shifts per week
- MUST be available for early opening shifts and afternoon/closing shifts
- MUST be available to work weekends and public holidays
Pay Rates – Fast Food Industry Award:
- Adult Level 1: From $27.81 per hour
- Applicable penalty rates apply for weekends and public holidays
- Junior rates vary by age, in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award
