We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in a prestigious five-star hotel.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, supporting the day-to-day housekeeping operation while motivating and developing a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring every guest room is presented to the highest standard, operational targets are achieved, and guests receive the exceptional experience they expect.

Supervise the daily housekeeping operation to ensure exceptional quality and service standards are consistently achieved.

Coordinate room allocations, daily briefings and housekeeping priorities.

Conduct room inspections to ensure presentation meets five-star expectations.

Communicate guest requests, VIP arrivals and operational updates to the team.

Coach, mentor and support housekeeping attendants to achieve outstanding performance.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service delivery.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Challenger and hotel procedures.

Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
You'll be a passionate hospitality leader who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards while supporting others to succeed.
You'll bring:

A minimum of two years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader within a four or five-star hotel or serviced apartment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail.

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Confidence managing daily housekeeping operations and room inspections.

Flexibility to work across a rotating seven-day roster.
