We are excited to offer this opportunity for passionate, caring, and committed midwifery students to join our team at Manning Maternity! Our successful candidates will be working with women, families and midwives in a supportive role as an Assistant in Midwifery. On any given day, you will be providing postnatal care in the form of breastfeeding support, observations, and attending to postnatal care plans. This role offers clinical support which is available from the education, management and midwifery team. You will be working collaboratively within the team to support women and newborns and promote safety and quality in the workplace.

Requirements:
Enrolled in the Bachelor of Midwifery program at an accredited University in second year, first semester or third year.
Currently enrolled or successfully completed Midwifery Practice & Woman with Complex Care Needs A-MIDI 2105.
