Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for caravans and a keen eye for detail? George Day Caravans, a leading name in the caravan industry, is looking for a skilled and motivated Service/Predelivery Technician to join our dynamic team in Maddington.
About the Role:
As a Service/Predelivery Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their caravans in top condition. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and preparing caravans for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used caravans
- Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Install accessories and perform minor modifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in caravan, RV, automotive, or similar trades (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Current driver’s licence (essential)

- Competitive hourly rate: $28 – $40/hr (commensurate with experience)
