We are seeking an Influencer Account Director join our team. This role involves leading the strategic development and delivery of influencer programs across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring work is insight-led, culturally relevant and delivers measurable business impact for our clients.
You will be responsible for shaping the quality and ambition of our influencer output – turning strategy into best-in-class campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Youtube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms. The role required deep expertise in beauty across both luxury and consumer brands, with a strong understanding of category nuances, talent ecosystems, and the role of influence within the beauty landscape.

Provides strategic oversight of influencer programs across key accounts, ensuring excellence in approach, compliance, creativity, and measurable commercial impact (not day-to-day execution)

Leads the development of best-in-class, end-to-end influencer strategies that are insight-led, culturally relevant, and integrated across social, content, PR, media and brand platforms.

Drives the day-to-day relationship withing an agency village – including both paid media and creative agencies. With a clear understanding of how influencer integrates into paid media environments.

Drives influencer thinking into upstream strategy and client conversations, proactively identifying opportunities where influencer marketing can unlock brand and business growth, including its role in full-funnel paid strategies.

At least 5 years experience leading high profile influencer campaigns in an agency setting.

Deep beauty expertise across both luxury and consumer brands, with a strong understanding of how influence operates within beauty culture.

Demonstrated experience delivering measurable commercial impact.
