The Role
As a SIL Team Leader, you will bridge the gap between high-level compliance and heart-led, frontline care. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across our SIL environments, ensuring our clients thrive and our support staff feel mentored and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor: Coach, mentor, and inspire frontline support staff to drive high performance and accountability.
Elevate Client Care: Oversee daily operations, developing and reviewing person-centred support plans that truly align with client goals.
Hands-on Support: Deliver high-quality personal care, domestic assistance, and social support alongside your team when needed.
Master the Operations: Manage rosters, leave coverage, and recruitment needs in lockstep with our HR and Scheduling teams.
Advocate & Connect: Guide clients through NDIS planning and reviews, while building rock-solid relationships with families and allied health professionals.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all homes are safe, welcoming, and 100% compliant with NDIS practice standards and incident reporting.
Who You Are
You are energetic, resilient, and possess a genuine passion for making a difference. You know how to balance empathy with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Proven leadership experience within the disability, community, or SIL sector.
A deep understanding of person-centred care, NDIS frameworks, and compliance.
Willingness to jump into flexible working arrangements, including on-call support, evenings, and weekends when the team needs you.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage incidents and behaviours of concern calmly and effectively.
Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or a related field. (desirable)
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and the confidence to drive company vehicles.
Please take note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
