The position
In this dynamic leadership role, you will perform client facing services whilst leading and developing team members within the East Metro and regional areas. The position is based in Perth & Midland.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

Client facing services, including counselling and support, advocacy and workshop facilitation
- Facilitating operational planning processes and guiding and developing team members within your team to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Providing reports and facilitating budgeting
- Performance management of team members while maintaining strong documentation and record-keeping practices

About You
This role will require the ability to work one evening shift per week (11:30am to 7:36pm)
Minimum qualifications:
-
Tertiary Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- Experience in a leadership role with strong documentation keeping skills
- 3+ years counselling experience
- Current Driver's license
Have or be willing to obtain the following:
-
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
