SSI is seeking a Brand and Marketing Lead to help strengthen how we connect with communities, partners, funders and stakeholders across a diverse, purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting to the General Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Sustainable Development, this role will lead the development and delivery of brand and marketing strategies for assigned core service areas. You will work closely with program teams, corporate functions, external agencies and community stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that support SSI’s organisational growth objectives and reinforce our brand.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end marketing activity across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, website content and campaign collateral. - Work with external agencies and suppliers to support high-quality, efficient and collaborative delivery.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximise cost-efficiency and return on investment.
About You
You are a confident, proactive and solutions-focused marketing professional with strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and can translate complex program goals into clear, engaging and effective marketing activity.
