About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team at M&J Ingredients in Morningside.
The role involves packing spices, beans and dry ingredients, labelling products, and printing labels.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and label a variety of food products (spices, beans, powders, etc.)
- Operate label printers and ensure correct product labelling
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Must be a fast learner and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a small team environment
- Physically fit (some lifting may be required)
- No direct public transport to the site – must have your own transport
Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Breaks: 2 per day
- Duration: Minimum 4 months (with possibility of extension)
- Pay: Casual position – minimum award rate
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $31.00 – $32.00 per hour
