We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our welcoming team at our beautiful boutique 40-place centre in Randwick, located just moments from the stunning Centennial Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role
As a Trainee Educator you will:
- Learn alongside experienced and passionate educators.
- Support children's learning through play-based experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Assist with daily routines and care practices.
- Contribute to creating engaging and inviting learning environments.
- Develop your knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Complete your Certificate III while working in a supportive workplace.
What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children.
- Is reliable, positive and eager to learn.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Brings a caring, respectful and professional attitude every day.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check.
No previous childcare experience is necessary—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
