As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Build strong, respectful relationships
- Support daily living, personal care and community participation
- Follow clear behaviour support and safety plans
- Work as part of a stable, communicative team
This role is for you if:
- You’re confident supporting people with complex needs
- You stay calm when things don’t go to plan
- You value consistency, communication and trust
- You believe dignity and choice should always come first
