Key Responsibilities
- Complete all repairs within agreed timeframes and escalate issues when required
- Perform mobile phone, tablet, and laptop diagnostics and repairs
- Utilize repair systems and follow company repair processes
- Complete all quality control procedures accurately
- Maintain detailed service reports and repair records
- Conduct stock takes and inventory maintenance audits
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and stock security
- Assist with updating training materials and technical knowledge
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in mobile phone or device repairs (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using technical hand tools and soldering equipment
- Ability to read schematics and repair diagrams
- Passion for technology and learning new devices
