SALES / RECEPTION
This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including;
- Overseeing Day to Day operation of the gym
- Member services
- Membership sales
- Overseeing the Reception Sales team
- Administration
- Involvement in local area marketing
A high level of structured support, ongoing training is provided with good career advancement opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a strong and proven track record in Sales and Customer Service. Full training is provided however previous experience in the sale and retention of gym memberships will assist in the application.
A passion for the promotion of health and fitness in our communities is essential as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work within proven systems and structure.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
This role would also suit those considering studying for Cert III/IV, those currently studying or those that have recently passed Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness. Having a First Aid Cert will also assist in the application.
Shift availability MUST be:
Mon -Thu: 3pm to 7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm
