Noodle Box's brand-new Dine-in & Bar concept has officially landed in Richmond — and it's already turning heads. This isn't your typical quick-service setup; it's a vibrant, full-service dining and bar experience backed by a brand people already love. Now that the doors are open, we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and help shape what this concept becomes.
What We're Looking For
We need a customer-centric hospitality legend to lead our team at our new casual Dine-in & Bar Concept in Richmond. You'll be highly motivated to make an impact, unafraid to bring bold ideas to the table, and a genuine people person who knows that every customer deserves the great food and service Noodle Box is known for. This role has you running shifts day-to-day, managing wages and inventory as you go.
What Makes You a Standout Candidate
- Experience in dining, kitchen, or bar management — leading a service and holding the line on quality, service, and cleanliness
- A solid grasp of pre-shifts, peak and non-peak hours, and pre-close procedures
- Know-how in controlling costs, including labour and cost of goods
- Confidence delivering team feedback and consistent coaching
- Ability to roll out national marketing campaigns
- A flair for customer engagement — and just as importantly, the ability to coach your team to that same standard
- A can-do attitude that rolls with the punches when problems come up
- Confidence, character, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
- A drive to grow this restaurant alongside us
