We have an opportunity for a food and beverage team member to join our Balmain Dolly's Acai store! This is a casual role on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings as required. Please only apply if you can commit to working in the day times on weekdays and have a flexible schedule. Unfortunately this role will not suit school students.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall management of the operations of the store, inventory management and customer management.
- Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
- Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
- Cashiering, and attending to customers
- Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
- Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Cleaning and housekeeping of premises
- Some social media work
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- High energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.
- Process driven with experience working in hospitality
- Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
- Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn
- A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
