About the role
Do you genuinely love recruitment? Are you the type of person who gets excited about connecting great people with great opportunities? If so, we'd love to chat!
At BOQ Group, we're looking for a Talent Partner to support our Corporate Services portfolio, partnering with leaders across areas such as Risk, Finance, Legal & Technology. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to the business, helping leaders attract exceptional talent while creating outstanding experiences for every candidate who interacts with our brand.
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, building strong talent pipelines, providing market insights and partnering closely with stakeholders to understand not just today's hiring needs, but what's coming around the corner. You'll have the freedom to think creatively about talent attraction, proactively source great people through LinkedIn and leverage employer branding to showcase why BOQ Group is such a special place to build a career.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the opportunity to influence more than just hiring outcomes. You'll contribute to meaningful workforce planning conversations, recruitment marketing initiatives, continuous improvement projects and the evolution of our attraction strategy. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on the future capability of BOQ Group.
At BOQ Group, we're proud to be a company that's small enough to care, yet large enough to make a difference. You'll know the people you work with, have direct access to leaders and be empowered to bring new ideas to life. Your contribution won't get lost in a large corporate machine. Instead, you'll see the impact of your work every day while enjoying the career opportunities, flexibility and support that come with being part of one of Australia's leading regional banking groups.
About you
You're someone who genuinely loves recruitment and thrives on building relationships. You understand that recruitment isn't just about filling vacancies - it's about creating meaningful connections, influencing hiring decisions and helping people take the next step in their careers.
You bring experience recruiting across Corporate Services functions - can work at pace and with volume - and know how to navigate competitive talent markets with confidence. You're naturally curious, commercially minded, and proactive, always looking for new ways to identify, attract and engage talent. Whether you're partnering with an executive leader, coaching a hiring manager, or supporting a candidate through the recruitment process, you know how to create a positive experience that leaves a lasting impression.
You'll be a strong communicator who isn't afraid to challenge thinking, offer advice and influence outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively, embrace change and are constantly looking for ways to improve how things are done. You're passionate about diversity and inclusion, believe in fair hiring practices and understand the role employer branding plays in attracting great people.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who cares. About people. About outcomes. About doing great work. If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, work alongside a fantastic team and help shape the future of BOQ Group, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your passion for people. We'll provide the platform to make a difference.
