Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer retention and growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing relationship role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Experience working with SaaS products and services is a plus
